Wuyang Textile Machinery (WUYANG), founded in 1986, is engaged in the R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and service of textile equipment. With over 30 years of experience, we provide comprehensive services to various industries such as automotive textiles, apparel textiles, and home textile manufacturing.
Our company collaborates with research institutions and universities such as South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Donghua University. We have established a Double Needle Bar Warp Knitting Machine R&D Center, which has designed and developed a series of high-speed, efficient, and intelligent textile equipment. We have obtained 23 software copyrights, 23 Chinese national invention patents, and 3 international patents. We have also contributed to the formulation of Chinese national standards and industry standards.
With strong technological and research capabilities, our company has been recognized as one of the top ten technological advancements in China's intelligent manufacturing industry, an enterprise with advantages in intellectual property rights, and a demonstration enterprise for cultivating Chinese industrial brands. We are currently a member of the China National Textile Industry Council.
In 2012, WUYANG started planning the construction of the first digital shop floor in the Chinese textile machinery industry. Following the requirements of Made in China 2025 and Germany's Industry 4.0, we invested a total of 150 million yuan and built a 35,000 square meter facility. After multiple demonstrations and on-site visits, our first overseas factory was established in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, in the Xing Cheng Industrial Zone. This allows us to cover Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and the world's largest sales markets. This also provides us with valuable operational experience in running large-scale multinational companies on a global scale.
Digital Shop Floor
WUYANG’s digital shop floor is designed, constructed, and operated in accordance with the standards of Germany's Industry 4.0 and China's Made in China 2025 initiative. The factory has been currently invested around 150 million yuan, occupying an area of 27 acres with a building area of 35,000 square meters. We have established long-term strategic partnerships with excellent domestic universities, introduced world-class processing equipment, and combined intelligent warehousing, automated logistics, and automated processing units with robots to achieve the development from a digital shop floor to an intelligent factory through information interconnectivity. Our factory has been recognized as the "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Demonstration Workshop" in 2019.
Three-Dimensional Warehouse
With the three-dimensional warehouse, workers only need to input the part number they need, and the parts will be automatically retrieved and delivered. Then the parts are transported by intelligent robots to the designated locations along predefined routes.
Machining Equipment Display
Our digital shop floor adopts a digital intelligent system to efficiently process parts, upgrading from the previous manual processing of one part per hour to processing 6 sets of parts in 3 hours.
